My teaching is knowledgeable but intuitive, focused on giving a pleasurable movement experience with a sense of flow and addressing the whole body. I have a love of a more somatic approach to movement which encourages deepening awareness of one’s body.
I specialize in teaching the full repertoire of Pilates exercises on all the specialized Pilates apparatus. I work on a one-to-one basis or with small groups in a studio environment, as well as offering Mat classes for larger groups. Programs are uniquely tailored to each individual and their needs.
